2025 AFL Tipping Competition Rules

• Tipping cards will be available at the bar until 7.00pm on the day of the first game of the round. They will be available again on the Tuesday for tipping for the next round.
• Results will be emailed to participants and posted on the notice board at the pub
• Points margins will be used to decided winners when the same number of winners are tipped by different people.
• Points margin game will be Friday night’s game.
• The jackpot can only be won on a full round (not split round) when all games and the margin are tipped correctly.
• You must be paid up for the round to be able to win a prize.
• If you do not put tips in for a round you will be allocated away teams but will not be eligible to win a prize for that round.
• If no margin is given, you will not be eligible to win that round.
• All correct in a full round gains a bonus point.
• If a draw is correctly selected you gain 5 bonus points
• There will be 2 joker rounds when double points are awarded – these must be a full round – no split rounds
  • Organisers choice – TBA
  • Each tipper can play a joker on a round of their selection (but not the same as organisers choice round).
• A $21 payment is required before the first round (7 rounds)
• Entry Cost $3 per week (total $75)
• Weekly prizes and jackpot
• Tipping is to be completed at the hotel.
• If you can’t get to the pub or get someone to do it for you (please don’t ring the pub and ask the staff to fill it in), you can text your tips to 0406 382 927. Text will be the only alternative tipping method – not email
